Q: What are Payday Rewards, how do I earn them?
A: Every time you make a purchase, you are awarded 3 points for each dollar spent in store and 5 points for each gallon of fuel pumped.
You will also earn bonus points for purchasing specially marked items in the store. From time to time, we may provide special rewards upon registration. Note, points are not awarded for non-food items such as taxes. Points are also not awarded on purchases made using rewards dollars and gift cards. Some additional exclusions may
Q: Is there anything that I won’t earn points for?
A: Nope. Unlike most rewards programs, Payday Rewards has NO exclusions! Earn points that spend like cash on every purchase.
Q: Where do I sign up for the Bonus Clubs?
A: As a Payday Rewards Member, you are signed up automatically! Purchase a Bonus
Club item and we’ll count it toward your total purchases.
Q: Why do I register my card?
A: Registering your card is required to redeem points. It allows you to track your points balance and bonus club status online. It also allows us to replace your card if it is lost or stolen, and allows you to check out, and get your points, without showing your card…you simply enter your phone number at the pin pad at the register.
Q: What happens if I don’t have my card with me?
A: As long as you registered your card with your phone number, the alternate ID can be used for purchases. Bring your card to redeem points. We’ll both be sad if you leave it at home with a free coffee on the line.
Q: What happens if I lose my card?
A: If you have lost your card, visit your nearest Fastbreak location for a replacement. As long as your original card was registered, the rewards balance can be transferred to
the new card by calling 844-603-7347.
Q: Will my points and prizes expire?
A: Points earned on in-store items and gallons will expire after one year of inactivity. Rewards and bonus point items expire 30 days after earned.
Q: What are the requirements for joining?
A: Anyone can join the program, but you must be 18 years or older to participate in any available contests or promotions.
Q: What if I think my points balance is wrong?
A: If you believe there is a mistake in your point balance please call us at 844-603-7347.
Q: How often can I visit a location and earn points?
A: You can visit a participating location as many times as you want.
Q: How can I find out how many points I have?
A: Check your account balance at any time by visiting a participating location, or by clicking a “See Your Points Balance” button on this site. Points are posted nightly.
Q: How do I spend my points?
A: You spend points by informing a participating location that you would like to redeem some points. Points are spent as cash (100 Points = $1.00) for products or fuel at participating locations! They will swipe your card and instantly redeem those points. Your rewards are that easy!
